就像出产统帅西拉的那片葡萄区一样,德顿酒庄也非常幸运的拥有阿诗米德葡萄区,这片葡萄区持续稳定的出产小量但精品 的葡萄果实。在 1997 年,这片葡萄藤险些被拔除而播种收益更高的新品种,但是阿诗米德家族还是最终做出了品质第一的抉 择,这也是为什么这款葡萄酒被命名为阿诗米德赤霞珠。2017 年,阿诗米德赤霞珠这款与众不同的葡萄酒进行第 16 个酿酒 季的酿造,并在经由 8 个造桶师打造的全新法国橡木进口板桶中进行陈酿,本酿酒季的最终出品成就了巴罗萨谷赤霞珠的传 说。就连对奖项习以为常的德顿酒庄也惊讶与这款赤霞珠的获奖潜力。阿诗米德赤霞珠超过 8 次以上获得了业内举足轻重的

葡萄园相关信息
阿诗米德赤霞珠的葡萄产自努里乌特帕葡萄园,该片葡萄藤种植于 1944 年左右。深植于北帕拉河岸的棕红土及石灰石当中,这片葡萄藤的根茎发达,几乎不需要任何灌溉。

酿酒师之言
人工采摘的葡萄果实在开放的水泥发酵缸中进行冷藏发酵,而后经由手持压力泵,葡萄汁液不断流经葡萄皮进行萃取,再经过 8 天橡木压柄的“酒泥浸渍”发酵;发酵后的葡萄汁液被装入全新的美国和法国矮圆酒桶中与乳酸菌进行最后的酒桶陈酿。
阿诗米德赤霞珠的酒香具有黑巧克力、深色水果以及橄榄的香气,酒体完美的延续了酒香,也体现了上述典型的巴罗萨谷赤 霞珠的香气,使得酒体醇厚浓郁。成熟的单宁更使得酒体富有层次,令人垂涎。

Winemakers CommentsThe hand harvested fruit was fermented in open top concrete fermenters with chilled ferments, hand pump-overs and cap submerging with oak header boards for eight days; the process finished with barrel ferment and malolactic fermentation in new French oak. The nose shows dark chocolate and black fruits and olives, with the palate continuing the theme, showing these typical Barossa Cabernet Sauvignon characters, giving weight and generosity to the wine. Ripe tannins add structure while being supple and mouth watering. - Richard Langford
